That's where a 17×10 LED wall changes the math. It's larger than most venues' built-in screens, brighter than every projector, and visible to everyone in the room — even people stuck behind pillars. For outdoor events (rooftop launches, parking-lot all-hands, vineyard offsites), it's the only option that doesn't fight the daylight.

    Discovery call

    Tell us about the event. Date, venue, audience size, content. We give honest input on what's possible and what your budget should look like.

    Site survey

    For complex venues we walk the space (or video-call walk it) so we know access, sightlines, power, and any AV gotchas before showing up.

    Quote & contract

    Fixed quote, clear scope. No day-of surprises.

  4. 04

    Content prep

    We coordinate with your AV team or video producers on resolution, codec, and content delivery. We can also produce simple loops in-house.

  5. 05

    Day-of deployment

    We arrive 2-4 hours before doors. Setup, configure, dial-in. Run-through with your producer.

    Live event support

    Our tech stays on-site through the event. Switching, troubleshooting, content cues — handled.

    Breakdown

    Post-event tear-down, no client involvement needed. We're gone before your venue contract ends.

What sizes of corporate event do you handle? +
Anywhere from a 50-person executive offsite to a 5,000-person company-wide all-hands. The screen is the same; the audio scales with the room. For very large indoor venues we coordinate with house AV.
Can you tie into our presentation laptops, cameras, and conference software? +
Yes. Standard HDMI, NDI, SDI, USB-C — whatever your AV team or speakers bring, we connect to it. We also handle live multi-camera switching for keynotes and product launches.
Do you do brand activations and trade shows? +
Yes. Booth-stopping LED visuals for activations, custom-content loops for trade shows, and full-day coverage during multi-day conferences. We deploy and stay on-site.
Indoor or outdoor? +
Both. The 6,500-nit brightness means it's actually overpowered for most indoor venues, and just right for outdoor full-sun keynotes. We read the room and adjust.
How early do we need to book corporate dates? +
Q4 books up by August (holiday parties, all-hands, year-end summits). Spring quarterlies fill up by January. For other dates 4-6 weeks of lead time is usually fine.
