How big is the screen? +
17 feet wide by 10 feet tall. That's roughly the size of a residential garage door, but with the brightness and clarity of a stadium video board. At 6,500 nits, it's bright enough to compete with direct daylight, so it works equally well outdoors at noon and inside a hotel ballroom.
Do you set it up, or do we? +
We do. Every rental includes delivery, full setup with our trailer-mounted system, technical support throughout your event, and full breakdown afterward. You're hiring the screen and the team.
What kind of content can we play on it? +
Anything you'd play on a TV or projector. Live cameras, slideshows, video tributes, sports broadcasts, gaming streams, presentations, custom motion graphics. The audio system handles up to 1500 people without additional reinforcement.
Where do you travel? +
All of Northern California: the Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley, North Bay, and as far south as Santa Barbara. We're based in Santa Rosa, so anything within 4-5 hours of there is in our regular service area.
How far in advance do we need to book? +
For weekend events in peak season (May-October graduations, wedding season, fall festivals), book 6-8 weeks out. Off-season weekday events, often 2-3 weeks is enough. Call sooner rather than later if your date is firm.
How much does it cost? +
Pricing depends on event location, duration, and complexity. Most full-day rentals fall in the mid-four-figure range, with multi-day events and complex setups higher. We give detailed quotes after a quick call about your event.
